Job description

Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy, manufactures turbine engine components including turbine nozzles, vanes, complete engines (manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Our 90,000-square foot facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, employs a dedicated team of over 50 skilled professionals and continues to expand its production capabilities. Our products are shipped globally to customers worldwide.

We are seeking a Machinist who will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Operate mills (Doosan, Haas, Makino) and lathes (Femco, Haas, Okuma, Romi, manual, VTL)
  • Perform machine set-up
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
  • Use gauges and inspection equipment to ensure work conforms to specifications
  • Determine optimal machining methods and sequence of operations
  • Maintain tight dimensional tolerances
  • Run multiple machines concurrently
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment affecting quality, productivity, or safety
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
