We are seeking a Machinist I to produce precision components through the operation and programming of CNC and manual machining equipment. In this role, you will set up machines, interpret technical drawings, and ensure parts are manufactured to strict tolerances and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to optimize machining processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality production output.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee must climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Onsite - This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full‑time basis.
$42,000 - $53,500. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.
