  • Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic program edits as required.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, quality, and process-related issues; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve production or quality concerns.

Job Summary:

Machinists at Levels I and II are responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of precision machining equipment to produce components that meet defined quality, safety, and production standards. Machinist I roles focus on developing technical proficiency across multiple machining processes, while Machinist II roles perform more advanced setups, achieve tighter tolerances, and support continuous improvement and team development.
