• 10 years of 3 to 5 axis CNC Machining experience
• Must have machine control experience
• Understanding of input tool geometry
• Ability to troubleshoot on an intermediate level
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturing concepts
• Ability to applyteaching standard practices and techniques
• Fluent in G&M code
• Attention to detail, quality and safety efficient is required
• Experience with GD&T and ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Light equipment maintenance, ability to troubleshoot and solve issues preferred
• Strong computer and web-based platform skills
• Shop math skills required, particularly trigonometry
