Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join our Winchester, TN manufacturing team. You will program and operate a CNC machine to build high-precision tools and components, ensuring tight tolerances and on-time delivery.

This role offers a collaborative environment, opportunities for advancement, and training on PowerMill and other advanced tooling. Five years of CNC experience preferred; strong attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of CNC machining experience with programming preferred.
• Experience using PowerMill and Lemoino software is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Import, edit, and process 3D models for tooling.

What You'll Do

From design to production, we utilize cutting-edge digital technologies to help our clients achieve their product development goals. As a Machinist you'll be responsible for programming and operating a CNC machine to build tools using 3D models. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Machinist ensures quality is a priority each and every time while also achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Import, manipulate, and process 3D models
• Machine steel with close attention to health and safety requirements
• Use tools and machinery provided; program, setup andoperatethe CNC machine usingPowermilland Lemoinesoftware
• Machine mold plates, components, cores, and cavities
• Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments/probe to ensure first time quality
• Complete checklistsand report deviations from specified tolerances
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logs
• Assistin therepair of machine tools and parts, as needed
• Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Maintain the equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions,initiatingrepair work orders, etc.
• Participate in required meetings and training, as requested

What You Bring

• Five (5) years of related experience operating CNC
• Five (5)years' experienceprogramming CNC machines (Lemoine andPower Millsoftware is preferred)
• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines asrequired
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required
