Upside Innovations LLC is a growing manufacturer of aluminum ramps, steps, canopies, and custom access products. We are seeking Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to join our team and help maintain our high-quality production standards.

The role focuses on operating equipment, setting up machines, reading blueprints, and adhering to OSHA safety guidelines while contributing to a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a miter saw.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and assembly procedures.
• Ability to regularly lift heavy materials above head level.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to set measurements and angles.

• Operate a miter saw to cut aluminum.
• Set up mills, drill presses, miter saws, and other equipment for secondary operations.
• Use jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate production.
• Perform other production jobs as needed in other departments, including shipping and welding.

Machine Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift

Essential Functions

• Operate a miter saw to cut aluminum.
• Set up mills, drill presses, miter saws, and other equipment for secondary operations.
• Use jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate production.
• Perform other production jobs as needed in other departments, including shipping and welding.
• Follow established procedures, policies, laws, guidelines, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.
