• Operate and maintain balancing and spin test machines
• Perform highly sensitive work
• Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
• Adapt tasks based on production needs
• Support company OTD by alleviating bottlenecks with sensitive parts
• Check output for quality assurance and document or discard defects
• Perform machine maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Rework defective or finishing materials supplied by others
