Senior Metal Bellows in New Hampshire designs and builds custom metal bellows for aerospace, defense, and energy. We are seeking skilled CNC machinists to support high-quality manufacturing, combining precision, problem-solving and adherence to safety and continuous improvement.

You will read blueprints and GD&T, set up machines, perform first-piece inspections, adjust programs, and strive to optimize cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, materials, and tolerances.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Siemens, or similar controls preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

This position operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, machine noise, metal shavings, lubricants, and moving mechanical parts. Proper PPE and safety procedures are required at all times.
