Job summary

Pro Line Machining, LLC is seeking experienced welders and machinists to repair and construct industrial and mining equipment. Jobs range from component fabrication to teardown and relocation of large mining gear, including shovels and related parts. Travel for work is required; candidates should be proficient with welding and machinist tools, able to read blueprints, and have MSHA certification. The role involves varied shifts and physical work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and machining tasks on mining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for repairs.
• Repair and construct components for industrial equipment.
• Operate portable machining equipment on site.
• Conduct crack repairs and rebuilds as needed.
• Coordinate with crews on relocation of large equipment.

Job description

We are seeking experienced welders & machinists! This position will use your skills in the repair and construction of industrial and mining equipment. Projects range from component fabrication to full teardown and relocation of large mining equipment, such as coal/dirt shovels, crack repair, bores, dipper rebuilds, and more.

Qualifications consist of one or more:

• The ability to travel for work is required
• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with machinist tools and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and or holidays
• Proficient in dual shield flux cored wire 1/16" diameter
• Able to air arc/ carbon gauge cracks or components off
• Knowledge and ability to run portable machining equipment
• MSHA certified
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, etc
