Control Devices, LLC in Fenton, MO is seeking a CNC Machinist – Setup/Operator responsible for machining components with CNC lathes and mills. Position Title: CNC Machinist – Setup/Operator

Location: Fenton, MO
Reports To: Production Supervisor – Machine Shop
Classification: Hourly – Non‑Exempt
Schedule: Weekend shift: Fri - Sun, 5am - 5pm and/or 2nd shift: Mon - Thurs, 3:15pm - 1:15am
Set‑Up/Operator position responsible for machining of components using a variety of CNC lathes and mills while following the documented procedures, including safety procedures. Will be responsible for the quality of parts produced. Assists in the instruction of setup, operators, and operator trainees. Diagnose, troubleshoot and make adjustments. May be assigned to remove and/or replace worn or defective parts. Must have the fundamental tools to safely and effectively perform the job. PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection are required at all times.
