Zekelman Industries, a leading steel tubular products manufacturer, invites a skilled Machinist to join Sharon Tube in Farrell, PA. You will support production through precision machining, setup of tools, and routine maintenance in a hands-on, safety-first environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, know how to operate lathes and Bridgeport mills, and can work rotating shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent work ethic and commitment to safety standards.

• Solid employment history with verifiable professional references.

As a Machinist at Sharon Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, located in Farrell, PA, you will play a vital role in supporting our production operations through precision machining, maintenance, and setup of tools and equipment. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety who enjoy hands‑on, detail‑oriented work in an industrial manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lay out work and set up machining operations according to specifications.

Physical Abilities

• Regularly lift and/or carry 50+ pounds.

• Proficient with hand and power tools, including Bridgeport and lathe equipment.

• Must be able to stand and walk for at least 95% of the shift.
