Job summary

Von Ruden Manufacturing Inc. in Buffalo, MN is seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate manual gear machines in the Gear-cut & Toolroom Department.

Primary machines include Gleason 7A, 106 & 104 Gear generators, and a NC Bridgeport vertical mill along with other manual equipment. The ideal candidate has a 2-year vocational degree in Machine Trades with experience, or 5+ years of applicable shop experience; willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2-year vocational degree in Machine Trades or 5+ years experience.
• Experience with gear cutting equipment and manual machines.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate manual gear machines.
• Operate Gleason 7A, 106 & 104 gear generators, NC Bridgeport vertical mill.
• Will train the right long-term candidate.

MACHINIST

Fulltime, days, Monday-Friday, in our Gear-cut & Toolroom Department.

Set-up and operate manual gear machines. Primary machines; Gleason 7A, 106 & 104 Gear generators, NC Bridgeport vertical mill and other miscellaneous manual machines.

The Ideal candidate will have a 2-year vocational degree in Machine Trades plus experience, or 5 plus years applicable experience... will train as needed.

Starting range $25.00-$40.00 per hour. Actual start rate based on experience.
