• Measure, examine and test completed units using precision instruments (micrometers).
• Inspect finished pieces.
• Monitor feed and speed of machines during machining.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and determine need for adjustments.
• Keep coolant levels on machines.
• Position and fasten work pieces.
• Complete Quality Control paperwork – Operation Sheets.
