Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years machining or related manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes and production procedures.
• Ability to use basic measuring and inspection equipment.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple machines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 lbs., with some up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple pieces of machining and production equipment.
• Operate saws, threading machines, heading machines, and manual equipment.
• Run multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Perform accurate inspections and measurements of finished products.
• Identify basic machine or product issues and make adjustments when trained.
• Read and follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
• Assist other employees and departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
