Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines per specs and traveler.
• Interpret engineering specs and shop orders to determine setup and sequence.
• Select and secure dies, blades, fixtures, and align tools and workpieces.
• Set feeds, speeds, and depth of cut; adjust coolant flow.
• Review job traveler to ensure production procedures are followed.
• Position and clamp pieces and verify alignment with layout marks.
