**Job Title: Second Operation**

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in our Second Operation Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the set up and operation of a battery of machines, including performing quality inspection and minor machine adjustments

• Responsibilities:**
• Set up machines
• Operate a battery of machines
• Perform quality inspections in accordance with policy
• Make minor adjustments and replace tools as indicated by quality inspection
• Make minor repairs
• Inspect hoppers and chutes for mixed parts
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Comply with policies, procedures, regulations and laws
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
  
  

Other Duties As Assigned:

• Assist set-up and repair person
• Minor changeover including but not limited to hole, tap and plug size
• Screen, cob-meal and dry shavings and slugs
• Supply material for machine (in absence of utility person)
• Operate lifts
• Other assigned duties for which qualified
