Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in manufacturing.
• Read and interpret shop orders and basic blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform basic math.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and passion for Ducommun.

Responsibilities

• Runs extruder machine – basic operations.
• Cuts parts to length.
• Machines and fabricates parts.
• Assemble of parts.
• Deburrs parts after extrusion.
• Packages finished product.
• Performs other duties as required.
