Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years machining experience
• Experience with CNC turning/milling processes
• Knowledge of PFMEA and control plans
• Lean manufacturing implementation experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to mentor machinists

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, review, and analyze machining production processes
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and throughput
• Create and maintain machining control plans and PFMEAs
• Introduce new products into production ensuring manufacturability
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for machining operations
• Lead lean initiatives and mentor operators on new processes
