Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Grinding Machinist to machine, repair, and finish critical aerospace components to precise specifications. In this hands‑on role, you'll operate CNC and manual grinding equipment, inspect your work, and ensure every part meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance.

Shift: Monday-Friday (Days may fluctuate due to business needs, Monday-Sunday) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC and manual grinding equipment

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
