  • Host daily safety talks for your department.
  • Maintain cross-functional know-how across all jobs in your area.
  • Coordinate materials, tooling, and resources with maintenance, engineering, and leadership to meet schedule commitments.
  • Coach the team using clear goals, recognition, and corrective feedback to drive shared outcomes.
  • Support training, mentoring, and work audits to reinforce safety and quality standards.
  • Inspect output, contain defects, and drive timely corrective action.
  • Assist with changeovers, attachments, and adjustments across production lines or cells.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Enter precise production run data into company systems.
  • Interpret operation sequences, specifications, and finished part dimensions.
Department-specific focus
  • Select and load programs in machine control units to initiate operations.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Troubleshoot part compliance concerns and equipment issues.
What you’ll bring
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 10 to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to wear employer-provided PPE.
  • Comfort regularly standing and moving throughout the department for the full shift.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude; prior industrial and front-line leadership experience preferred.
Rewards and growth
  • Employee ownership: Annual stock awards equal to 10% of compensation.
  • 401(k) match: Up to 4% dollar-for-dollar.
  • Health coverage: Medical, dental, vision; HSA with company contributions; life and disability; pet insurance after 30 days.
