Machine Technician

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Compensation:

Starting at $26.25 - $27.54 per hour, plus $1.50 shift premium

Shift:

3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, plus overtime

Position:

Enamel Cell Operator (Tech) in the Enamel Shop, specializing in high-quality cast iron products. We provide diverse growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations.

  • Operate forklifts and handle materials, ensure supply availability, and assist colleagues.
  • Fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Operate a forklift (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
Additional Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing.
  • Successful drug screening and background check.
  • Reliable attendance and safety compliance.
