Job summary

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Machine Technician I in Texas to perform high-quality repair services on equipment and respond to customer needs in a timely, professional manner.

Responsibilities include completing assigned jobs within flat rate times, following safety policies, processing paperwork, and handling disassembly/assembly and testing of assemblies. Ability to quote accurately and maintain required tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of engines, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments, and diagnostic software.
• Ability to provide accurate information to management for quoting.
• Must obtain or possess adequate tooling to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs and tasks to meet flat rate times; minimize re-dos.
• Work safely and follow WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely.
• Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.
