Novolex in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Adjuster Supervisor to oversee machine operations and ensure high production performance. You will manage Machine Operators and Utility personnel while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid Mechanical aptitude is a must.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Assure all work performed is safe with crews following procedures.
• Direct Machine Operators and Utility persons for optimal performance.
• Ensure Quality/Inspection programs are followed.

Skills

Production experience in a manufacturing environment

Solid Mechanical aptitude

Ability to provide clear instructions

Basic math functions

Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally

Bi-lingual
