Position

Machine Spotter

Innovative is excited to welcome new team members as Machine Spotter at our Johnstown location! If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you. This role is ideal for those who prefer active workdays and take pride in helping others. Cleaners will do basic construct cleaning duties.

What You Will Do

As a Machine Spotter, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly and safely. Your day will involve keeping an eye on our machinery to make sure everything’s working as it should, letting our operators know if you notice anything unusual, and lending a hand with moving equipment when needed. You'll play an important part in keeping our workplace safe and efficient, and your quick thinking will make a real difference. Also insure the area around where you are standing is clean.

Your Work Schedule

• Location: Johnstown
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Start Time: 6:00 AM
• Shift Length: 8–10 hours shift daily
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Position will start immediately pending drug screen

Competitive Pay

• Starting wage: $17.00 per hour
• Attendance bonus: Earn $20.00 per hour when you’re present every scheduled day of the week
