Job summary

PSG in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a Machine Specialist for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am). You will perform proper set-ups and operate CNC machines according to work instructions, inspect and gauge parts, and make tool offsets as needed.

Minor PM duties and documentation of hourly production will be expected. Candidates should read and understand CNC language, pass proficiency tests, and possess basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all machines per work instructions.

• Repair on fixtures and tooling; assist with shipments as needed.
• Train as required and support tech cell and job shop tasks.
