Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience shipping materials and handling related paperwork (Familiarity with D365 is a substantial plus).
  • Comfortable with math, drawings, and measuring devices.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Mechanically inclined with an aptitude for hands‑on tasks.
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be willing to cross‑train.
  • Must be able to follow set‑up directions, and understand product specifications.
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Overtime may be required.

  • Manages inventory control for tip inspection machines and finished goods.
