KSB is seeking a Production Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee and manage the HQ Machine Shop and Shipping & Receiving departments. You will lead operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with manufacturing leadership.

The role focuses on planning, improving processes, and applying best practices to maximize material and human resources usage while meeting company goals and customer requirements.

The Production Machine Shop Supervisor oversees and manages the operations and human resources of the HQ Machine Shop and Shipping & Receiving departments. They will formulate planning and best practices to ensure the best use of material and human resources to meet our company’s goals and objectives.
