Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Shop Laborer in Farmington, MN. This full-time, hourly position involves operating drill presses, cutting lumber, and following precise measurements to support fabrication tasks.

Ideal candidates have machine shop experience, are comfortable with physical tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior machine shop experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and instructions.
• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill press, stamp poles, and cut lumber to specified measurements.
• Follow shop drawings, instructions, and measurements accurately.
• Use basic hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and other measuring equipment.
• Perform manual tasks including walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
