Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience with metal fabrication and use of power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws, drill presses, tapping tools, and other machine shop equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
• Measure materials using precision tools to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production.
• Complete inventory transactions using ERP systems or scanners.
• Maintain labeling and organization of materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Machine Shop Operator Responsibilities:
