Job Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the quality and output of less than 10 CNC machinists on 7 vertical machining centers and 3 CNC lathes
• Utilize Gibbs CAM software
• This is a hands-on manager position requiring active participation in machining tasks
• Require at least 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming with a job shop background
• Collaborate with manufacturing, general management, engineering departments
• Location: Montgomeryville, PA
