Job summary

Southern Perfection Fabrication in Byron, GA seeks a Lead Machinist to run our CNC milling and turning operations with tight tolerances. This is a full-time on-site role offering overtime and multiple shift options.

You will lead the shop schedule, program and set up mills and lathes, and mentor machinists while ensuring quality to print and on-time delivery. Training, a retention bonus, and a clear path for growth are provided.

Schedule & what we offer:

Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday-Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday-Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts available. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
