Job summary

Job description

Machine Shop, Hourly (Finance)

As a Machine Shop Hourly team member here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the efficient and safe operation of machining processes, ensuring quality standards are met while supporting production schedules.

You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our South Bend, IN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by performing machining tasks that support production goals and customer requirements, helping to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and maintain machining equipment to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Support production schedules by efficiently completing assigned machining tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience operating machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of machining processes and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
