Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group - USA is seeking a hands-on Production Technician in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves cleaning parts, changing drums, and assisting maintenance to prepare production for upcoming jobs.

You will collaborate with machine operators and team leads to troubleshoot issues and ensure clean, organized work areas on the 1st shift. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read/write English and basic math, and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tear down parts to clean and rebuild.
• Remove and replace 55-gallon drums on the machines.

• Communicate with machine operators, line leads, and maintenance.
• Organize, clean, and switch change parts as needed.
• Must be willing to work with others.
• Must be flexible due to the varying responsibilities.

The above range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location**Bonus Pay: **HOURLY Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2026.
