Description

Oversee the manufacturing and machining of furniture components while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are consistently maintained throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels and address workforce needs, including attendance, employee concerns, and UKG management.
• Review daily production schedules and adjust staffing and workflow priorities to meet production demands.
• Conduct regular floor walk-throughs to ensure employees are working safely, efficiently, and productively.
• Coordinate material availability and inventory needs for upcoming orders.
• Plan and stage workflow for daily and weekly production requirements, establishing priorities and sequencing work orders.
• Monitor rework items and follow up to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure materials, parts, and resources delivered on schedule.
• Manage daily timecard corrections and scheduling updates within UKG.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
