Serigraph is seeking a Machine Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the plant. This advanced, skilled maintenance role keeps manufacturing equipment and building systems operating at peak performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of safety practices, housekeeping, and PPE.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including power distribution and safety systems.
• Perform mechanical repairs on gear reducers, bearings, belts, pulleys, and HVAC components.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on presses and production equipment.
• Time, calibrate, and maintain feeders and presses; respond to mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including burners, motors, blowers, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance based on established schedules.
• Estimate repair time, required parts, and costs.
• Move, install, or modify equipment as manufacturing needs change.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and across shifts.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Use Serigraph's ERP system and SPECS quality system to support documentation and compliance.
