SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (occasional travel ~ 20%)

Position Summary:

Fusion Inc. designs and builds custom, automated brazing and soldering systems that help manufacturers produce high-quality parts more efficiently. • Test, debug, and refine automated equipment prior to shipment or during installation.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer machine issues in the field; provide remote and on‑site technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to refine processes and improve equipment performance.
  • Document findings, process parameters, and service activities accurately.

  • Willingness and ability to travel ~20% (national and international); current passport required.
  • Ability to work independently.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
