You will deburr, finish, inspect parts, read blueprints, and work with bench grinders and rotary tools in a safety-focused, team-oriented shop.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, machining, or metal fabrication environment preferred.
• Familiarity with deburring techniques, hand tools, and finishing equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented shop environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
