Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.

• Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements.

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders with precision.

• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to assemble and fabricate products.

• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain smooth operation.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting (preferred).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform accurate measurements.

• Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Ability to lift 30 lbs overhead regularly (materials are large and awkwardly shaped: 125”L x 60”W flat panels ).

• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse (it’s hot!).

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM

• Overtime (if scheduled): Sunday night, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

• Training: First shift for 3-4 weeks before transitioning to regular schedule.
