Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Assistants to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Training is provided and all shifts are available.

You will operate and monitor equipment, assist with setup and changeovers, and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include loading materials, inspecting outputs, and promptly reporting safety concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Assistants to join a dynamic team in the Oshkosh, WI Area. You will be an integral part of the Manufacturing / Production Operations department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Job Title: Machine Operators and Assistants

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 + (based on experience

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts are available (No Rotating)
