Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Assistants to join a dynamic team in the Oshkosh, WI area. Training is provided and shift options include 1st and 2nd shifts with no rotating schedule.

• Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure smooth production flow.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from production equipment efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met consistently.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
