Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring multiple Machine Operators for the 77040 area. Work environment is shop-based with two shifts: AM and PM, both with potential Saturday work. Pay starts at $16/hour for the first shift and $17/hour for the second shift, with flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include operating machines to bend, cut and band rebar materials and handling rebar lengths from 2 feet to 64 feet. Prior construction/industrial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Rebar and steel handling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to bend, cut and band rebar.
• Move and handle rebar ranging from 2 ft to 64 ft in length.
