Machine Operators - Afternoons and Nights

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team for the Afternoon Shift (1:45pm to 10:15pm) or Night Shift (9:45pm to 6:15am, starting Monday nights through Friday nights). The ideal candidate will have experience with machining, logic controllers, and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production specifications are met
2. Set up machines according to product specifications
3. Perform routine machine maintenance
4. Inspect parts with precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are maintained
5. Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role (minimum 1 year)
• Proficiency in operating and setting up machinery
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of plastics extrusion and blow molding processes is a plus
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
