Work in a clean, safe, temperature controlled plant and have 3 day weekends. Machine Operators play an integral role in ensuring our machines are running at optimum capacity; they assist in observing safe and efficient operations of equipment. This position has the support of Manufacturing Line Leads, Spider, Production Supervisors, and Management. We want you to succeed. Normal Schedule is 4:30pm to 2:30am Monday through Thursday with some overtime on Friday.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalency
• 6 months experience in a highly physical, labor intensive position (e.g., construction, distribution warehouse, equipment/machine operator, farmhand, freight handler, or other positions which require continuous activity and lifting)
• Ability to stand on concrete floors with fatigue mats for 8 to 12 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to push or pull up to 400 pounds (181 kilograms) or equivalency utilizing a manual cart
• Able to frequently grasp objects. Must possess sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment
• Proficient in basic math and reading skills
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including some overtime as required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check
