Job summary

Westaff is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Lincoln, NH. The role involves operating production equipment, reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and documenting data to ensure safety and quality standards.

Available shifts include 1st (Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), 3rd (Mon-Sat 11:00 PM–7:00 AM), and 5th (Fri-Sun 6:00 PM–6:00 AM). A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment.
• Ability to read tape measures and other measuring devices.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including presses, lathes, crimping, and braid winding machines.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and document production data.
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor materials and inventory levels.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout production.
