Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring a Machine Operator to join the extrusion department. This is a hands-on role with training provided for candidates who show reliability and mechanical aptitude, to learn to operate and set up production machinery.

All three shifts are available, and a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should be comfortable around extrusion equipment and committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning machine operation
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• High energy and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be comfortable working around manufacturing and extrusion equipment
