Impact:

The Manufacturing Machine Operator (Winding Machine) primarily handles slitting various materials into specified widths and lengths to fulfill customer orders, including operations like slitting, rewinding, and packaging of products such as PVC, Urethane, and paper/polyethylene liners, following production schedules and SOPs. Quality control is critical as products are shipped directly to customers.

This role supports programs in Granville, NY, within a continuous improvement framework, complying with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action.

The position involves independent operation of equipment processing PVC, polyethylene, and urethane substrates.

Overtime work is required, including before/after shifts and weekends.

Employees may be eligible for annual bonuses and merit increases based on performance.

PAY AND BENEFITS

The local pay range is $20.19/hr, plus $1.00/hr shift differential. The total annual target cash compensation, including bonuses and incentives, can reach approximately $48,400.

Additional incentives include shift differentials, overtime pay, and bonuses based on performance.
