ATI, a leading materials science company, seeks a dedicated Machine Operator for weekend shifts at our Cudahy, WI facility. In this role, you'll utilize CNC machines and handle various tasks related to metallurgical testing, ensuring high standards in production quality. Candidates must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and strong problem-solving skills.
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to work weekend days at our Cudahy, WI, facility. Machine Operators are part of an integral team of quality and technical professionals who take pride in helping ATI achieve production and quality goals.
As a Machine Operator, you will use machine tools and operate CNC machines to prepare test samples for metallurgical testing and perform tests such as tensile and creep testing. A successful Machine Operator is action-oriented, detail-focused, customer-centric, has strong problem-solving skills, and makes sound, timely decisions regarding product quality.
To succeed, you must quickly learn ATI's products, processes, and quality standards. We are seeking experienced candidates who can work the weekend days shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 6 am to 6 pm. You will work 36 hours but be paid for 40. Training will be on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, for approximately 2 months. Applicants must pass a basic aptitude test upon hire.
