Job description

Join to apply for the Machine Operator - Vinyl Line role at MITER Brands.

We are currently hiring! Join Anlin Windows and Doors in Clovis as a Machine Operator. We offer career growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and prioritize team member health and safety with enhanced protocols.

Hourly compensation starts at $17.25 per hour. Work Monday through Friday, starting at 5 AM.

Responsibilities

1. Operate production machinery according to prints and specifications, including saws, welders, and cleaning equipment.
2. Produce the required quantity of parts within specified tolerances.
3. Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure quality and compliance.
4. Maintain logs of production and errors.
5. Inspect and set up equipment, perform routine maintenance.
6. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
7. Perform these duties at least 75% of the shift and other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret drawings and documentation.
• Quick learner of production equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work on feet, use tools, and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Visual acuity for reading instructions, operating machines, and inspecting parts.
