We manufacture thousands of branded SKUs, including high-quality nutritional supplements such as softgels, tablets, capsules, powders, teas, dietary supplements, and vegetarian softgels.

About The Role

We are a leader in plant-based softgel innovation, with a strong R&D, product formulation, and technical team. We seek an experienced Machine Operator in the Unit Dose or Blending Department responsible for setting up, cleaning, and operating machines to meet production targets while adhering to safety, SOP, GMP, and FDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machines (e.g., Tablet, Capsule, Coating Pans, Blenders)
  • Support other machine centers as needed
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Maintain auxiliary equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance
  • Prepare containers, monitor and adjust machines, and ensure product quality
  • Record keeping and compliance with SOPs and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
  • Exposure to allergens such as soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame
  • Lifting up to 30-50 lbs., manipulation of heavier containers possible
