The Opportunity:

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator with a strong emphasis on Tube Bending to join our production team. In this role, you'll be crucial to our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every bend. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and experience with CNC tube bending, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Operate and maintain CNC tube bending machines, specifically with an emphasis on mandrel bending.
• Interpret and follow production schedules, technical drawings, and work orders accurately.
• Perform essential quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring all parts meet specifications and company standards.
• Conduct minor preventative maintenance and assume responsibility for assigned tools and equipment.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety procedures and policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across the production cycle to maintain efficiency and meet daily demands.
• Assist with general fabrication tasks and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

• Proven experience with CNC Tube Bending is required, including mandrel bending
• Knowledge of BendPro software is preferred
• Familiarity with various bending equipment such as Scroll Benders and Bar Benders
• Strong understanding and experience with precision measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics
• Experience working with both steel and aluminum materials
• Comfortable operating hand/air tools and electric grinders
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our facility in Phoenix, AZ
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 am MST – 5:30 pm MST (Arizona Time).

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and bend intermittently for prolonged periods during work hours.
• Capable of lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
